Bank Palava!

Last week I filled a reference form for my sister for her new current account.
On Saturday she called me to say the bank said my account is not ok so she needs to get another reference.
My head spark! This is an account I have been operating for more than 10years.
So I told her don't worry lets go to the bank first thing Monday morning, they will explain to me the issue with my current account.
As big sister concern we got to the bank at 7:30am before bank opened.

You know that feeling of trouble.Lol!
As we approached the customer service guy, he greeted us with a smile and my sister been the calm one explained the issue and guess what? I took it up from there. Raking and insulting them. The guy now added salt to injury by saying maybe my reference for my account of over 10years was not ok.

Chai! I started boiling before I could say anything his colleague responded saying maybe my account was placed as a salary account.That she will resolve the issue but while on it so not to delay the transaction we should please try to get another reference. Which we did but eventually they confirmed me as reference to the account. Annoying people that want to spoil my Monday.Lol!

What a stressful time at the bank.
