Image result for proposal from womenThe new trend now seems to be women changing the rules on marriage proposal. I will say as for me I still prefer the old way of a man proposing to his girlfriend when he is ready to take it to the next level.

Most of these women get NO or even find out they are the 'side chick'. Its ridiculous though for you to turn the table around and still get a NO.
Have you even noticed how the women cry uncontrollably after the rejection?
This is to tell you its wrong.

A man is ready when he is ready and same goes for the woman. A woman is ready for marriage when she is ready. Being married is not enough as staying married or even happily married. Why would anyone want to force marriage down the other person's throat. The end result most definitely is disappointment.

I understand some people are under so much pressure to get married but please don't get desperate in the process. Your goal should not be to have a wedding it should be to be happily married.

Please lets stop the proposal and let the men step up to their duties of proposal.
Enough of the embracement.

    Oftentimes we get carried away with the western culture, no thanks to the advent of internet & social media. We forget our values & culture, we forget we are Africans. The end result is we get our fingers burnt. Hope others will learn from this.

    Hummm, to me if a lady could tell guy how he feels first I Dont think there is anything wrong with it, it depend how the lady have gone about it.

    A lady proposing does not mean the lady is now the husband but just trying to things the other way round with the said proposal. Youruba says "Ki okunrin ri ejo, ki obirin pa, ki ejo sa to Ku ni"

    Is alarming how shallow minded women are this days... It amazes me when I hear or see stories of how a lady went down on her knees to propose! The 1st thing that pops in my head is they are cursed or lack serious home training or maybe they didn't suck their mama's boobs well - because there's no way you grow up with a mother and still behave stupidly ����
