The true meaning of friendship is found in the way we show concern when our friends are in distress. You can't measure true friendship when things are upward looking in most cases.
Money in most instances determines the loyalty of some friends. Now there are three categories of friends.
Friends who will spend money, time energy, emotions in short they will support you more than some family members.
Another category of friends will only give you their time and undivided attention.
My final category is that friend who will not give you their penny but can buy you drinks worth thousands. Even when you try to ask them for financial help they pretend not to hear you or even tell you they don't have and will give you as soon as they have it.
I will like to add another category, which is that friend who will not do so much for you when you need them bit they are always demanding for you to help.
Measure your true friends and filter away the time wasters. Be true to yourself and your true friends because this will give you a happier and healthier life.
No doubt I am someone's bestie and am not even close to been one to some.
Make out time to check on your friends, they need to hear from you. Don't allow work or other things taking your time to rob you of true friendship and happiness.
